If you receive a scholarship, you should not make a room reservation. Rooms will be reserved for scholarship recipients. Two roommates will be assigned to a room randomly unless you have named a roommate preference(s) in the application form.  The hotel rooms have two queen beds, so each room can host up to four, though two per room will be the average.
