CWIC 2012 will be held in IT-oLogy's state-of-the-art facilities. We are very thankful to IT-oLogy for providing such a wonderful venue for our conference and for their support. 

The conference hotel is the Columbia Mariott,  1200 Hampton Street · Columbia, South Carolina 29201. All scholarship students will be housed at this hotel. Scholarship recipients should not reserve rooms themselves.
A block of room has been reserved at the Mariott. The conference rate is $105.45 including tax ($95.00 plus 11% tax) for double rooms.
Call 800-593-6465 and ask for the CWIC block to obtain the conference rate.  Rooms must be reserved by January 25 to obtained this rate.

Students are encouraged to be active participants of the conference by presenting a poster, a lightening talk or organizing a birds-of-a-feather session. It is a great opportunity to gain experience in presenting your work in a friendly, non-threatening environment.

Depending on interest, longer papers and faculty paper sessions might also be included in the program. See more details under Participate>Call for participation.

All students will have an opportunity to participate in the career fair at the conclusion of the conference.

Register!

You must register to attend the conference. Because the conference is funded through an NSF grant and because of the generous invitation of using the IT-oLogy facilities, we are able to offer students scholarships for lodging. A limited number of scholarships for registrations fees is also available.
